リッツカールトン大阪内の鉄板焼き屋さんに訪問。
シャンパンで乾杯したあと前菜はローストビーフと雲丹を炭火で燻製にしたもの。
その後も黒鮑、サーロインとフィレとスペシャルな食材と仕掛けで楽しいひと時を過ごせました。
デザートは別室で日本庭園を眺めながら頂きました。
鉄板焼きのエリアはカウンターのみですが、開けてはいなくプライバシー性も高めなので料理や会話も妨げられにくく素敵な空間。
たまにはこんな贅沢もいいですね。
