リッツカールトン大阪の天ぷら、会席、寿司、鉄板焼、炭火焼を選べる日本料理店。
リッツカールトン大阪宿泊時に利用。
会席をチョイスし、店名の花筐を冠したコースを予約して訪問。
中庭を後ろにした寿司カウンターがとても素敵な店内。その寿司カウンターの脇にある、同じく中庭を望めるテーブル席が会席の席であった。
とても美味しい料理たちが綺麗な器に盛られており、見た目も素晴らしい。
日本料理って素晴らしいなと改めて感じる良きお店であった。
次は寿司のカウンターを予約して再訪してみたい。
