大阪で串カツいうたら立って食べるもん。でもお客さんをそんな店には連れて行けない。さあどうしよう、あったあったちょっとお高め、キレイな串カツ屋さん。店内、雰囲気がありますね。食器も銅とかをふんだんに使われていてさらにいい感じです。カウンター席で目の前で揚げられてすぐに食べるのがよかったかもしれません。でも洋服が少し油っぽくなりますね。回避するには2名〜でテーブル席へ。海外のお客さんだったのでこのスタイルがお気にめしたようです。目の前で揚げたてを(手元は見えません)すぐ食べる。好き嫌いが多いかと思うのですが揚げたてのは流石に美味しい。ベリーナーイス！っと言ってパクパク食べてました。串カツはウースターソース、醤油、辛子、マスタードソース、塩とお店の方が食材に合った食べ方を勧めてくれます。昔ながらのカウンター立ち喰いもよいですが、たまにはこんな上品なお店も良いかもしれません。接待でも使えますね。
