大阪の串揚げ文化とは異なる繊細な串揚げ料理。
もちろんだるまなどの雑多な感じも良いのだが、ここは大阪の串カツのイメージで来店すると足元をすくわれる店。
季節により串揚げの内容を変化させ、ソースも料理によって使い分ける繊細さ‼️
以前は法善寺横丁の知留久に行ったのだが、今回のお店も変わらぬクオリティーでご飯が食べれた。
また来店したいお店である。
