三連休の中日、やはり梅田は人が多い。
焼肉が食べたかったので、お客さんを誘ってきました。
店内は場所柄、少し狭めな印象。
ハラミ＆テッチャンのランチ￥1,380と厚切りカルピランチ￥1,280をオーダーし、シェアする考えです。
厚切りカルピは何故か三つ編みに編まれて出てきました(笑)
トングでほどきにくいがな(笑)
カルビを一本とテッチャンを焼いてみる。
カルビはある程度焼いてからハサミで一口大にカット。
なかなか歯応えあって美味いけど、柔らかいと言うわけではない。
テッチャンは、甘味があって抜群！
ツケダレは、味噌仕立て。
江坂とか他支店では、味噌仕立てではなかったような。
濃いめの味なので、炭水化物減らしてる俺様も白ごはんを我慢できなかった。
続いて、ハラミも焼く。
このハラミかなりレベル高い！
めちゃくちゃ柔らかくて美味い！
そして、テッチャン！ サイコー！
テッチャン単品を一人前おかわりしてしまいました(笑)
