大阪駅前第一ビルの12階にある 中華料理店
夏場はビアガーデンなどもやっており 大衆向きだが
通常期は それなりのお値段がするお店になる
この日は会合後の宴席で利用 結構な会場に詰めて座る
通常なら もう少しゆったりとできるのだろうが
席間が近すぎで狭すぎて落ち着かない 。。。
飲み放題付きの宴会コース
ビール 焼酎 ワイン 日本酒 紹興酒 ウイスキー etc
紹興酒は古越龍山で 店のオリジナルボトルだ
料理は以下で 大皿で提供される
オードブル
内容は焼き豚 イカ エビとポテトサラダ クラゲ キュウリの酢漬け
クラゲ イカはまずまずだったが 焼き豚はカチカチ
エビの下にポテトサラダがあるのは不思議だった。。。。
味はともかく 組み合わせが 非常に微妙だった
フカヒレスープ
こちらはとろみはあるが 鶏ガラスープが少ないのか
大味なスープで フカヒレ自体はそこそこ入っているだけに惜しい
揚げ物二種
揚げ春巻 ホタテ の二種 味は普通だった もう一歩な感じだった
エビチリ
チリソースがピリッとした感じで こちらはまずまず美味しい
海鮮炒め物
イカ エビ ホタテが入っている オイスターソースベースの
しっかりとした味付
酢豚
甘酢は結構甘く オーソドックスな昔ながらの懐かしい感じの酢豚
こちらは結構美味しかった
杏仁豆腐
紹興酒の飲み過ぎで 食べてないので ノーコメントだ
詰め込み過ぎは 主催者側の問題だから仕方ないが
結構なお値段なのだろうが 味内容共 も一歩だった
安いビアガーデンとそう大差がないのはどうかと思った。。。
また ビアガーデンで利用しようと思う。。。。
