大阪市北区「うどん 兎麦 阪急三番街店」さん
阪急三番街地下2階にある「食べログうどんWEST百名店2024」に選出された「うどん 兎麦 阪急三番街店」さんにお伺いさせていただきました。
「ツ」の字形のカウンターとテーブルで合計27席
★「ちく玉天ぶっかけ」（890円税込み）を注文。
※大盛りが無料ですが今回は普通盛りでお願いしました。
5分で着丼
薬味（生姜・✩大根おろし・胡麻・ネギ・レモン）が全て別添なのがいいですね！
まずは「ちく天」から・・
「デカい！」ちく天だけでかなりのボリュームです。
衣が多めですがカリっと上がっていますし、ちくわ自体に味があって美味いですね～
「たまご」は半熟で割れば黄身がトロっと流れ出していきます。
「麺」
中太でエッジが効いたもっちりタイプですが「めっちゃぬるい」し、湯切りの時の麺の傷等で「仕上がりも・・・」
出汁が薄めで量も少ないので、ぶっかけ特有のすっきり感やさわやか感がなく「ここのお店のうどんはこういう仕様なの？？」
私にはちょっと合わなかったです。
薬味を好きなタイミングで好きな量を入れることができるので味変を思い通りに楽しみながらいただけるところがいいですね！
最後に残った出汁に薬味を入れて飲もうと思って一旦お箸を止めたら「すぐに皿を下げられてしまいました・・」
店員さんの対応は決して悪くはなかったですが「回転を速くして沢山客を入れたい」というのがアリアリと感じて・・・
※決してのんびりしていたわけじゃないんですけどね・・
