暑かった事もあり、さっぱりとしたものが食べたい。
うどんに決定。
うどん激戦区だが、あまり移動したくないから、駅構内で探す。
昔行ったお店があった！
20年前ほどにきたお店。
カレーうどんも有名だが、ぶっかけも美味しかった記憶があり、向かう。
テーブルに通されて注文。
★舞茸卵ぶっかけ890円
7.8分頃で提供。
大ぶりな舞茸が3つ入ったうどんが美しい。
舞茸の香りがふわっと香る。
薬味は別沿えだが、全部載せちゃう。
そして、ぶっかけ出汁を全部かける。
天ぷらをバリバリかじりながら、一気に麺をすする。
ツルツルしつつ、噛むと程よいゴム感のあるもちもち麺。
途中でレモン絞ったりして、味変もすると麺も天ぷらも清涼感が出て引きたつ。
あっという間に完食。
大盛りまで無料なので、お腹が空いた時は一気に平らげたい。
