仕事終了後の19:30。
後輩に教えてもらった堺筋本町のうどん屋さんに向かおうと電車に乗ったが、
夜はやっていないという事実に絶望。
とりあえず梅田方面に向かうことに。
既にうどんの口で、幸いにもうどん屋は多く検索に引っかかるが、
探してはこの時間やっていない、
向かっては既に本日閉店と踏んだり蹴ったり。
そんな中でようやく見つけたこちら兎麦。
20時を過ぎていたお陰か、並ばず即入店。
カウンターに通される。
メニューは豊富で何にしようか迷う。
外は風が強く、少し冷えるくらいだったが、
建物内に入ると少し蒸す。
冷か温か。
本日選んだメニューは…
まいたけ玉天ぶっかけ 890円
何となくビジュアルにやられた。
絶対美味い。
ほどなくして着丼。
期待通りのビジュアルに薬味がたくさん。
とりあえず薬味なしで、つゆをぶっかけ頂きます。
む、やはりぶっかけでもつゆは薄味か。
ちょっと物足りない。
麺はしっかりとしたコシがあり普通にうまい。
薬味をざざっと入れて更に食す。
もう少し塩味が欲しい…。
さてお待ちかねのまいたけ天。
大きくてサクサクで大変美味。
もっと味の濃いつゆさえあればなお。
玉子天は中は半熟で、うどんとまいたけ天と合わせて食べるとマリアージュ。
それなりの量があるように見えたが、
夢中で食べて完食。
うーん、やっぱり関西のうどんはつゆが課題。
これはこれで美味しく食べられればいいが、
如何せん濃い味志向なのでなかなかどうして。
それでも大阪のうどんの名店は巡ってみたい。
