梅田でイタリアンを検索。
何軒かある中で、聞き覚えのあるこちらのお店に決定。
NU茶屋町８Fのお店で、1度来てみたいと思っていました。
予約して、ディナーで来店。
私は、スパークリングワイン グラス900円
友達は、ホワイトミモザ 900円
で乾杯♪
お料理は「お手軽ペアコース」にしました。
2名から注文可で、一人2800円のコース。
前菜・手打ちパスタかリゾット・ミニデザート・コーヒー又は紅茶
前菜は、前菜メニューから1品選べます。
マスカルポーネチーズとゴルゴンゾーラチーズのクレープ包み焼き
(単品だと1400円)
ナイフを入れると、中から温かいマスカルポーネとゴルゴンゾーラが流れ出ます～。
まろやかさと、ゴルゴンゾーラの独特の風味が、ガツンとやってきます。
最初からワインに合いそうなお料理。
スパークリングは早々に切り上げ、赤ワイン注文です♪
ヴィラプッチーニ ピノネロ ヴェネト州 キャラフェ 3200円
赤ワインは、フルーティーでタンニンも穏やかなワインということで、とりあえずキャラフェで注文。
パスタは、手打ちパスタやリゾットから1品選べます。
ブロッコリーとアンチョビをオリーブオイルソースで和えたオレキエッテ
(単品だと1500円)
耳たぶのようなパスタに、独特の塩気はアンチョビですね。
よく見ると、アンチョビの身が入っています。
ピッツァは、窯焼きローマ風ピッツァから1品選べます。
シェフの気まぐれ食材とトマトソース カプリチョーザ
(単品だと1700円)
コースは一人100円プラスです。
シェフの気まぐれ食材は、人参・小松菜・オリーブなど。
根菜がごろっとのっているピッツァは珍しく、新鮮。
ピッツァ生地は、まわりふっくらしていますがパリッとした生地です。
ワインが少し残っているからと、チーズの盛り合わせを追加♪
イタリア産チーズの盛り合わせ 1400円
パルメジャーノレッジャーノ・マスカルポーネ・ゴルゴンゾーラ・もう一つはタレッジョだったかな。
結局、ワインもグラスで追加しちゃいました。
追加のワインは、
バルベーラ・ダルバ ピエモンテ州 グラス980円
ほんのりスパイシーな香りと、果実味があり。
お店の方が、2種類あるグラスで、こちらの方が重めでチーズにも合うとのこと。
確かに、先ほどのワインよりは、重みがありチーズにぴったりでした。
コースのデザートは、
ティラミスと木苺のシャーベット
あっという間に、時は過ぎ、18時頃に入店した時は私たち2人だけだったのに、いつの間にかほぼ満席でした。
やさしい店員さんと、美味しいお料理で、女子トーク弾みました♪
