店内は外から見た感じ以上の広さ。
カウンターとテーブル席多数あります。
壁は煉瓦調だったり、高級感あります。
■豚しゃぶ定食シングル（885円）
上豚60gの一番シンプルなメニューをオーダー。
豚しゃぶに加え、白菜や豆腐、うどんの具材。
結構なボリュームあります。
豚は上豚だけあって、綺麗な肉です。
提供前に、目の前でスライスされていました。
熱伝導率の高い銅鍋、そして火力抜群！((o(^∇^)o))
特製胡麻ダレは濃いめ。
しかし野菜で薄まりちょうど良くなります。
これで野菜や豚肉しゃぶしゃぶを頂きます。
ご飯の炊き具合も良し！(*≧∀≦*)
しませんでしたが、ご飯おかわり自由なんですね。

60gでも十分なボリュームでした。
