平日の18時30分に予約していきました。
店内は7割ほど埋まっていますね。
鍋が1人1人別なので、コロナ禍でも安心な鍋ですね。

注文は「ミックス 牛豚しゃぶジャンボコース」3080円をチョイス！
●●肉●●
肉は豚6枚牛5枚ほど入っていますね！
写真だとめっちゃ多く見えますが、かなり薄切りで、しゃぶしゃぶにする小さくなるので少食の方でも大丈夫だと思います。
肉もしっとりと柔らかく、旨味もお値段相応といった感じでなかなか美味しいですね(*´-`)

白菜、水菜、にんじん、豆腐などが入っています。
どれも美味しいですが、個人的には量がもっと欲しかったですかね。

秘伝のゴマダレがめっちゃ美味しい！
鍋はポン酢派ですが、このゴマダレはゴマのコクをしっかりと残しつつもあと後味はあっさりとしていていい(о´∀`о)

少し酸味の効いたうどん出汁にしっかりとコシのあるうどんがよく合いますね。
肉の旨味が溶け出したスープで割るのもいい！

昔ながらのいいしゃぶしゃぶ屋でした！
ゴマダレが美味しいので、気に入りました。
