近くの喫茶店で、時間調整をして開店20分前に伺いました。
２組の後に並んで待ちました。
うどん百名店やミシュランビブグルマンに選出されたお店なので、開店時間に近づくにつれて、列の並びが長くなっていきました。
並んでいるのは、韓国や中国の方々が多かったです。
メニューを渡されるので、入店前に和牛肉うどんを注文しました。
11時ちょうどに入店でき、案内されたテーブル席に座りました。
入店してから、10分くらいで和牛肉うどんが提供されました。
麺は、コシがありツルツルで美味しかったです。
出汁は、昆布や鰹節などを使用してあると思いますが、少し濃い味でした。
オリーブ牛肉は、柔らかくて少し甘めの味でとても美味しかったです。
退店時には、列が伸びていました。
