注文内容
・すじねぎ焼1,330円
・かき玉1,210円
土曜日の夜なのでさほど混んで無いかなぁ？と思いながらお店前付近迄来るとビックリ！！
遠目からも直ぐに解る一軒だけ大行列な場所が！！
外待ち２５人目（中待ち数名？）に接続して並び1時間待って入店。
外待ち状態でお店入口前位に来ると事前に注文を聞かれるシステムなので着席してからの配膳は早いです。
こちらはねぎ焼き、お好み焼き共にふっくらフワフワ食感とは違い、しっかりと詰まっている食感。
看板メニューのねぎ焼きはたっぷりのネギと醤油の味が相まって旨いですねぇ。
以前、十三の本店で食した味わいと変わらず良い感じ。
やまもとさんのねぎ焼きは他百名店のものと比較して若干醤油の角が強いです。
コレがやまもとさんの特徴でも有り、好みが別れやすい点でも有りますね。
お好み焼きの方も良く有る溢れる様な馬鹿塗りソースでは無く、他の薬味とのバランスを考慮された仕上がりで流石！やまもとさん！と言った処。
本店と変わらぬ味わいで安定の旨さでした。
唯一の難点は本店、こちら共にかなりの大行列なので長時間待ち覚悟な処ですね。
