大阪の十三が本店の人気店ということで
訪れました。
ネギが沢山入っているだけではなく、味付けも個性的なお好み焼きでした。
ソースではなくレモンと醤油で味付けとは、驚きました。
たっぷりソースにマヨネーズ、そこに青のりと鰹節がそよいでいるような、
そんなお好み焼きを期待していたので、肩透かしを
くらったような。
でも、これはこれで、新鮮で私にとっては
新しい味でした。
焼きそばはソースも麺も個性的で、少し野生味のあるスパイシーな味。
こちらは好みで美味しくいただきました。
行列が途切れないお店でしたが、庶民的な関西のお好み焼きに慣れているので、個人的には少し価格が高い様な気もしました。
ただ、この個性的な味付けが好きな方は癖になるのかもしれません。
