デパートの中にある狭いお店でカウンターだけだから居心地はあれだけど、オムライスは飲み物かと思うほど柔らかで美味しかった。

オムライスは、安定した美味しさでしたが、
エビフライと唐揚げは普通だった。

油をあまり使わず、あっさりと仕上げておられます。
オープンキッチンで中が丸見えなので、落ちたものを使うこともないですし、
そもそも上手で選ばれた人しか回されてこないので、ミスがない。
