オムライス発祥のお店の出店、カウンター内でピラフの鍋振りをしっかりしてオムライスを作っていました。テークアウトも半分メインで行列ができていました。ピラフはケチャップ味ではなく、たまご､ケチャップがそれぞれ合わさり味を作っていました。
ケチャップなんですが、深みがあり､甘すぎず、引き立て役として良い仕事をしていました。たまごは当然のごとく美味しい！具材がどれも美味しかった｡長く続けられる店の秘訣は丁寧に具材にこだわって作るということでしょう！美味しかった。
