北極星さんのチキンオムライスは、口に入れた瞬間に美味しいと分かります。
シンプルな料理なのに、これだけの美味しさを表現し提供してくださるのには感動を覚えます。
こんなにも美味しい逸品がカウンターで¥970と気軽に食べれるのも大阪の良さです。
一流ホテルのオムライスより味は上です。
出来れば毎日食べたい、最後の晩餐はこのオムライスで決まりです。
薄く均一の厚みの卵。中はトロトロでライスと絡んで旨味が一体化しています。
ライスは程よくパラパラ。チキンと玉ねぎが少し入って良いアクセントになっています。
ケチャップソースは酸味と旨味が絶妙です。卵に少しソースがかかっているのも可愛くて食欲をそそります。
あまりの美味しさにバクバクと夢中で食べてしまいました。
料理一つで至福を味わったのは初めて。
もっと早く出会いたかったです。
