週一金曜日の梅田ランチ！
久しぶりに焼賣太樓桜橋店さんに訪問です。
焼賣太樓は1,952年創業！60年以上愛される町中華屋さんで桜橋店とOAP店があります。
桜橋店さんの住所は大阪市北区梅田2-1-16、大阪メトロ『西梅田』駅より徒歩２分の距離になります。
お店に１２時に到着。
定休日 …無し
営業時間…ランチ ：11:30～15:00(L.O.14:30)
ディナー：17:00～23:30(L.O.22:30)

タイミングで店内は満席！
しばし待って入店、写真撮影の許可を頂き1階テーブル席に座ります。
全席禁煙、全65席の大箱です。
歴史を感じる店内には昭和の頃の梅田の写真が飾られています。
ランチメニューは定食、単品のラーメン、飯類としっかり抑えています。

スープは玉子、ネギのトッピング！
少し温めの優しいスープです。
餡掛け焼きそばのフライ麺は中太のパリパリ！
野菜たっぷりの中華餡が絡んで少しフライ麺が柔らかい部分と硬い部分の食感の違いがナイスです。
チャーシューは脂身しっかりありの豚バラ！
しっとり柔らかく肉々しいです。
トリはお店１番人気の桜橋焼賣！
肉々しくジューシー！そのままでも、卓上の焼賣専用タレとカラシを付けても旨いです。
中華餡とライスと一緒に！
最高に旨いですね〜スプーンが止まりません！
最後まで幸せの完食です。
お会計を済ませ焼賣太樓桜橋店の皆さんにお礼の挨拶をしてお店を後にしました。
