野乃鳥 梅味堂 さんへ♪
店内は奥行きのある空間で外から観るより広い空間がありますね(^^)
拘りの播州百日鶏推しに期待度◎❗️
感じの良いスタッフさんに席を案内いただきます。
今回は、↓な感じで
焼鳥おまかせコース 飲み放題付き¥5,000
この立地で2時間半飲み放題が付いてこの価格設定はありがたやー(´∀｀)✨
着席時にセットしてある白く長い平皿が良き◎
全体を通して味は勿論提供ペースや接客も感じが良かったですね！
特に印象的なのがこちら↓
・串物
メインだけあり全体を通して美味しかったですね♪
肉質は勿論のこと甘辛いタレが香ばしく、ずっと口の中に入れておきたい。
そしてジントニックとの相性が最高で◎(´∀｀)
ミンチは柔らかくも食感が良く美味！
・野乃鳥名物『ねぎどっか～ん』
しっとりとしたムネ肉を味噌ダレとポン酢でいただくがどっか〜んと形容される青ネギがたんまりとタレと絡まり口に放り込んだら味が爆発する旨さで◎✨
・鶏餃子
焦げ目のついた餃子が憎らしいわぁ♪
あっさりとポン酢も良し✨ピリッとラー油でいただくも良し❗️みんな大好きな餃子。
スカッとする炭酸系とのドリンクが堪らんわ。。
・鶏の土鍋御飯
土鍋で炊かれた鶏飯。
土鍋の蓋を開けるとこんもりと煙が鼻を覆うが、これがまた鶏の良い香りが詰まってまして。。
これを備え付けの薬味でいただく。
〆に相応しい上品な割烹のような一品。
美味しすぎてコース以外にもメニュー頼んじゃいましたが旨し‼️
何気に『焼き鳥にあうガリ』が有能で机の上にあって欲しい一品でしたね。
いやー、雰囲気・味・立地共に人気店になるべくして人気店だなーと実感させられました。。
