強い泡が心地よく続き、華やかな香りで、
とても飲みやすいスパークリングワインです。
★前菜/つきだし・茶碗蒸し
満席の茶碗蒸しを作るのも大変かと思いますが、スも入らず、とても美しく蒸された茶碗蒸し、
中に入っている焼鳥がとても香ばしい味で、美味しさに輪をかけています。
★【名物】野乃鳥名物『ねぎどっか～ん』
タップリの青ネギに隠れた低温調理されたムネ肉。
特製味噌ぽん酢ダレと青ネギを絡めて頂きます。
低温調理されたムネ肉は柔らかくてぷりぷりでジューシーです。
★つくね
特選つくね、カウンター越しに沢山のつくねを焼かれているのを見ていました。
まずはゆっくりと火入れして、中まで火が通ったら、
香ばしく焼かれていたように見えます。
普段つくねはあまり好んで食べませんが、こちらのつくね、
ジューシーで紫蘇の香りも高く、特製調味料とつくねとの相性抜群で、
一転、つくねファンになりました。
★ササミ・梅紫蘇
レアなササミはふんわりジューシーで梅、紫蘇との相性抜群です。
新鮮な鶏が使われているのが特にわかる一品です。
★特製サラダ・和風サラダ
みずなはじめ、タップリのシャキシャキ新鮮野菜の上に、スモークされた鶏がのっています。
サラダにかけられた玉ねぎドレッシングもとても美味しく、ずっと食べ続けられそうです。
★ネギマ
身厚の鶏と、香ばしく焼けたネギの相性抜群です。
★【名物】鶏餃子
自家製ポン酢と自家製ラー油で頂きます。
播州百日鳥を使用した究極の鳥餃子と書かれています。

軽いのでいくつでも食べられます。

コリコリとした食感が癖になるズリ、栄養価も高く嬉しい一本！

香ばしくやかれた肉厚の万願寺、甘みさえ感じます。
★鶏の土鍋御飯
鶏スープとお出汁で炊かれたご飯だそうです。
テーブルで蓋を取ってくれ、備長炭を入れて炊かれた釜飯が良い香りを放っています。
釜飯のトッピングものせて頂きます。
おこげも出来ていて、お焦げ大好きな私はテンションアップ。
とても美味しくいただきました。

日替わりで登場する自家製ジェラード、
この日はヨーグルトで、とてもさっぱりと締めくくってくれました。
