1884年（明治17年）横浜で産声をあげた『聘珍樓』。コロナ渦に横浜中華街のお店を閉店しましたが、大阪梅田でその歴史ある中国料理をいただくことができます。
近未来の世界のようなスタイリッシュな通路をぬけて店内へ。中は相当に広く、個室も17室（2～80名様）もあり、接待にも、家族の大事な会食にも利用できる間口の広いお店です。

北京ダックです！テンションが上がります。そしてこちら絶品です。もちっとした薄餅にパリパリの鴨、甘味噌ときゅうり、お手本のように基本に忠実な北京ダックなのですが、クリスピーな鴨の皮も、もちもちな薄餅も他にはないようなグレードの高さなのです。
実は大阪聘珍樓はワインの品揃えに定評があります。豊富なワインの中から、ソムリエがセレクトした料理に合うワインをあわせるペアリングコースもあります。
陶板排翅 鶏濃厚スープ フカヒレの姿煮込み
濃厚な鶏スープをまといぐつぐつと陶板であたためられた大きなフカヒレに歓声があがります。もやし、金華ハムをトッピングしていただきます
大きい！途中で赤酢をくわえるとまたきりっと引き締まって味変になります。あまりにも美味しくて、あっという間に食べ尽くしました。麺をからめてもおいしそう～。

〆は麺、炒飯、お粥からセレクト。やっぱり私はこちら！大好きな茸がたっぷりはいった柔らかな平面のイーフー麺自体は優しい薄味、そこにトリュフオイルが芳醇に薫ります。
是日甜品 新・杏仁豆腐 季節のフルーツ
最初から最後まで、一貫して中華らしさを追求したこちらの料理。中華らしくはあるけれどう、日本人にあう、こくがあるけれど重すぎない適切な品のあるお料理です。そしてスタッフの皆さんの接客もですがホスピタリティーが素晴らしい。接待に使われるだけでなく、どのお客様も行きたくなるのが「なぜ聘珍樓なのか」を理解しました。
「聘珍樓」の名には「良き人、素晴らしき人が集まり来る館」という 想いがこめられているのだそう。私もまた、ただ食べる楽しみだけでなく、会いたい人、ほっとする人、といった良き人とこのレストランで会いたい!と思いました。
