ヒルトンプラザイースト7Fにある日本に現存する最古の中国料理店「大阪 聘珍樓」の薬膳アフタヌーンティ(¥7,000、税込み、サービス料別)に行って来ました。
阪急梅田のお惣菜コーナーで目にはしていましたが、実際に食べるのは初めてでした。
これ、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
今回友人と二人でしたが個室を案内して頂きました。まずは、お料理から。
【お料理】
・壺焼きチャーシューと黒キクラゲの鎮江酢和え
→豚の焼き加減、旨み、柔らかさ、タレの甘さが
絶妙過ぎて驚きました。
・烏骨鶏の壺蒸しスープ
→8時間蒸し上げて作られたこのコースの白眉
身体の中から温まるような旨みたっぷりの
スープ。美味しい…
・焼栗と銀杏入りシュウマイ
→どちらかというと銀杏は苦手な食材なのですが
焼栗とともにほんのり甘くとても美味しい。
蒸すことで素材の良さを引き立ててました。
・海老とニラ入り揚げぎょうざ
→パリッとしていて食べやすい。
・海老とエノキ茸のニンニク蒸し
→甘みのある海老とエノキが合いニンニクの甘さ
も丁度良かったです
【デザート】スタンドで出て来てます。
・燕の巣のせ杏仁豆腐 アプリコットソースがけ
・クランベリーのゼリー
・季節のフルーツ餡がけ
・聘珍樓ショコラ(ミルク＆ビター)
・塩漬卵黄入り黒胡麻餡のパイ包み焼き
・タピオカと蓮の実餡入り焼きプリン
・白玉団子入り南瓜のお汁粉
→杏、卵黄、黒胡麻餡、クランベリー、蓮の実に
南瓜。これらの食材には、ポリフェノール、
アンチエイジング等女性が喜ぶ栄養素が沢山
含まれています。食材のこだわりを感じます。
美味しく食べて美しくなれるなんて嬉しい。
「聘」のマークのチョコレートもカカオの味を
存分に楽しむ事が出来ました。
【お茶】
・ハナヨウキレイチャ
・トウホウビジン
・プーアールチャ
→お茶も今回の楽しみの一つでした。
1つ目、聘珍樓オリジナルの薬膳茶。ブレンド
されたお茶はフルーティでほんのりスパイシー。
2つ目、ここでトウホウビジンが出て来ました。
渋みもなくほんのり甘みも。美人になれるかな。
ポットでたっぷり頂けます。
3つ目、少々濃い感じがしましたが、後味は
スッキリ爽やかです。
どれも美味しい上に綺麗になれる聘珍樓の薬膳アフタヌーンティ。幸せを感じさせてくれるそんなひと時でした。
