一月に食べに行って更新するの忘れてました．．．
上司が根っからの魚好きということで、
いろんな魚料理のお店に連れていってもらいます！！
その中でもふぐが好きみたいで、
いろんなふぐ屋さんにも連れていってもらいました。
そのおかげで、若くして魚、ふぐ、同年代にはなかなかいないぐらいの舌の肥え方をしてるかもしれません。
このお店の何が美味しいって言われると即答できます！！
ポン酢ですね!!!
ふぐはたぶん、養殖ものであれば、そんなに味が変わらないような気がする。
そこでの決め手がポン酢!!!!
なんて言うていいのかわからないけど、
なんせ好きなんです。
持ち帰りしたいぐらいです。
この日は、2件目で入ったので、
てっちりはなしで、
てっさと焼きふぐと白子塩焼きでお酒をいただきました。
お酒のあてにふぐって贅沢すぎやろー!!!この若僧が!!!
そんな罵声が聞こえてきそうです。
薄く薄く切って盛り付けられているてっさ、
透き通っていて綺麗ですねー
もちろんうまー
焼きふぐは大きな七輪で焼きます!!!
お酒に合うー!!!
もう少しだけ薄く切って欲しかったけど．．．
そして、宝石!！あっ、間違った白子!!!w
旨すぎるやろー!!!!
白子はやっぱりタレ焼きより、塩焼きですよねー!!!
自分のお金で後輩連れてふぐとか食べに行きたいなー
