As someone who loves blowfish, this is my favorite restaurant where I can eat blowfish all year round. The inside of the store is clean and the atmosphere is nice. The manager is a cheerful and caring person. Even if only one person uses the service, we are always treated with courtesy. There aren't many types of drinks, but the beer is delicious, and there are enough varieties to enjoy alcohol such as Hirezake, Japanese sake, and wine. I think the course contents are the same as other Genpin Fugu restaurants, but personally, I like the crispy parboiled Fugu skin compared to other Fugu restaurants. Butsu sashimi is delicious, so it is recommended for those who eat tessa all the time. The pot is a paper pot, and the contents of the pot have a good amount of meat and vegetables, making it easy to eat. This restaurant is easy to recommend when you want to casually eat blowfish.
