好みの｢海鮮XO醤｣と記載を発見(｀✧∀✧´)ｷﾗｰﾝ!!
下調べするとピークタイムを外すと杏仁豆腐がサービス
13時過ぎにお店に向かう事にすると丁度空いてたー
昔ながらの中華レストランといったイメージの店内
奥には個室もあるが テーブル席に案内される
中華料理店と言えば調理のライブ感のあるカウンター席
を想像するが ここではテーブル席のみのレストラン形式
○海鮮XO焼きそば(1,000円)
○お好み麺セット ミニ焼き飯(+200円)
(サービス杏仁豆腐付き)
11:00~11:30 or 13:00以降の入店なら
杏仁豆腐 or ホットコーヒーのサービス付き
｢海鮮｣と名前が付くだけあり 海老･イカ等がゴロゴロ
XO醤って濃厚なペースト状の調味料だと思うのだが
これは海鮮塩焼きそばと言った方が早いし納得出来る
旨みは調味料だが この味わいは馴染み深くて美味しい
後味は旨みで満たされてもっと欲しくなる美味しさだが
海鮮はもう少し火が入っていると安心出来るかなー
あっ これは個人的な好みの問題ですので(*･ω･)*_ _)
セットのチャーハンは炒めてから時間が経過してるかな
温かいがフライパンでの火入れといった感は希薄
とは言えどプラス200円でチャーハンが付くのは
町中華としては嬉しい限りですよねー(^ω^*)
