Hello. My name is Keinosuke. Today I would like to introduce you to Chinese Cuisine restaurant "Dunhuang" in Dojima. While searching for my favorite shrimp mayo, I was using Google shrimp mayo radar. I found a shrimp mayo living in Douchika area. I wondered if it was somewhere in Dotka. It was not in that restaurant area, but in a small restaurant area in the basement of a business building, where there is an old-fashioned Chinese restaurant. I went there around 6:30 p.m. on a weekday, but there were no customers, and when I entered the restaurant, there were no waiters either... I was wondering if the restaurant was open for business, and as I was wandering around, a waiter came out of nowhere and showed me the way. The Dotika was full of businessmen on their way home from work, but I was surprised to find such an empty area just a little bit off to the side. By the way, there were almost no customers in the surrounding restaurants. The key point of this restaurant is that you can eat set menus even at night. You can have any side dish you like for 250 yen. Almost any side dish is available, so you can broaden your menu. ＜The shrimp mayo set meal (1,150 yen) was 900 yen, so I made it a set meal by adding 250 yen to the price. The set meal came with rice, soup, pickles, and Small dish. There is no free refill of rice, but you can get a large serving for a fee. The shrimp mayo is my favorite type, crispy and fried! About 6 small to medium sized shrimp are served with lettuce. The mayonnaise has a rich flavor, but the amount is a bit small and not enough. I feel like I want more of it. But because it is so rich, the mildness of the mayonnaise spreads very well in the mouth. ＜In the end, no one came for about 30 minutes until we finished eating. I wonder if there are many people who don't know about this place... But if you can eat set menus at night, there seems to be a demand for it.
