北新地界隈だけで数店舗あるお寿司屋さん。
久しぶりに利用しましたが、まず店長さんの元気が凄く良いです。まさに寿司屋の大将って感じ。
店内は基本カウンターで奥に個室が2つあります。
ここは定番メニュー以外は値段が書いてありません。
それが新地スタイル。
でもそれをそうだろうなと思わせるほど全てが新鮮で普段食べ慣れてるネタも同じものとは思えないほど美味しいです。
特にアナゴの握りは蒸してないものは初めて食べましたが、こんなに美味しいとは思いませんでした。
しかし本来は骨も多くあるものを美味しくいただけるのも職人さんの技のおかげだと推察されます。
また握り以外のお造りや鰻の白焼き、白子、鮑のバター焼、水ナスまでとても美味しかったです。
またメニューにはない日本酒も数多く用意してあり、もちろん全て合います。
酒が進むこと進むこと。笑
店内は新地らしく壮年の男女が楽しく呑むようなところですが、コロナ禍前は外国人観光客向けに英語メニューも置いていたりと様々な国、性別、年齢の人も楽しめるお店だと思います。
