We skewer the chicken we pull in the morning every day. We don't sell out, so we will have fresh ingredients tomorrow as well. Therefore, the refrigerator will be empty by the time we receive last order every night. For reservations after 8:00 p.m. We are unable to accept orders. 気になっていた西梅田の焼き鳥屋さんでランチ
ランチタイムは店前に行列が出来ており人気が伺える
ランチメニューは4種類あるが3つ売切れで1つのみ
チキン南蛮しか残ってなかったので それを注文する
○自家製タルタルソースのチキン南蛮膳(1,000円)
晩ご飯の予約の兼ね合いでご飯は並注文
お茶碗が大きいから ご飯半分ほどの量を見て大盛りに
すれば良かったと少し思ったが おかずにボリューム有
平面の写真なので分かりにくいがチキンたっぷり
チキン南蛮は柔らかく食べやすいが 焼き鳥屋ならではの
地鶏かと思いきや 一般的なブロイラーかと思います
あっさりタルタルソースが流行りの中でクラシックな
油分多めのタルタルソースは好みが分かれるかも
ただパセリが後味をさっぱひ仕上げてくれるから美味い
炊きたてで柔らかいご飯は美味しくてランチには嬉しい
これなら大盛りにすれば良かったと2度目の後悔が
生卵付き 黄身が赤っぽい流行りの生卵は濃厚で美味い
ただテーブルの醤油は刺身醤油しか置いてなかったな
12:10頃の来店だったが 後から来たお客さんには
｢唐揚げしかありません｣と声掛けが聞こえる( ˙ ˙ )ｴｯ
さっきはチキン南蛮しか無いと言われたが これって
時間帯によってメニューを絞ってるって事なのか??
12時過ぎで3品売切れは変だと思いました
ただ この辺りの詳細は不明なのですが·····
