職場の新人を北新地焼き鳥デビューに連れ出した。
関東出身の新人さんは、4月の入社以来大好きな焼き鳥を
まだ大阪で食べたことが無いという。
最初、北新地 鳥屋 本店に行ったが満席だったため
系列店のこちらへ急きょ路線変更。
階段を上がり奥の座敷テーブルへ座る。
さあ、若者に付き合って焼き鳥を食べよう。
本気を出せばまだまだ若いもんには勝てないまでも負けることはない。
特に焼き鳥は得意分野なのだ。
本店と同じくメニューは豊富。
すべて紹介する意味もないので、ダイジェストで食べたものだけを列挙。
ビールでまずは乾杯。

鳥屋は、本店同様キャベツの特性タレかけが付きだし。
これが結構いけるのよね。これだけでビールが空いてしまうほど。。。

焼き鳥メインの店なれど、居酒屋並みのレパートリーを誇り
オーダーするのに迷ってしまうほど。
酒もしかり。相当種類が多い。

２階全般をカバーしてくれたスタッフさんが、よくできたベテランさんだった。
微に入り細に入り、ときにユーモアを交えて付き合ってくれた。
大阪焼き鳥店デビューの新人ちゃんも、いたく喜び楽しんで店を出た。
飛びぬけておいしいかと聞かれれば、そんなことはない。
が、イメージ通りの味を再現してくれる料理を提供することが難しいのだ。
そういう意味では安定の店。本店と同じですな。
誰を案内しても外れることのない焼き鳥店。
それにしても若いって素晴らしい。よくあそこまで食べられる。。。
それについていった私も、まだ若いってことかなぁ、、、＾＾。
