北新地で仕事終わりに部下と「今宵は焼鳥！」と☆合致☆して、新地内にて逍遥していると
一番最初に良さげと感じたこちらのお店『鳥屋堂島店さん』に訪店をする事に。
入店・案内をされると『飲み放題にされますか？』と聞かれ、普段はしないが、何故か
今日は『飲み気分』だったので、暑くなってできたので、お願いをする事に。
訪問したのは、晩春位だったが、冬のおすすめの『しびれ麻婆鍋』がありました。
最近、麻辣から「痺」が好きで、結構な「痺れ系」を頂いてるので、 とりあえず注文！（笑）
まずは、飲み放題での「とりビ」で乾杯です☆!!☆ K社の贅沢な造りのI搾り!!美味いです◎
さぁ、しびれ麻婆鍋が出てくるまえに、まずは『熟成皮たれ焼』がテーブルに運ばれてきた。
最初の火入れから、四日間も、焼いては寝かせると繰り返しているようで、鶏皮に、甘辛いタレが染み込み
これは「ヤバい!!」お酒がすすみまくります。鶏皮本来の旨味が更に凝縮されていて
少し濃いめの甘辛たれ相まって、まさに『旨味の塊』です。ガブっと頂くのではなく、チビッと
頂いては、お酒と楽しむといった感じ。ジャーキーや干物のような深味でした※呑み放題、正解☆
さて、飲み物をハイボールにシフトした頃に『しびれ麻婆鍋』が運ばれてきました。
味わいも深く、鍋は辛さと痺れが良いです☆ 人気なので、この時期でも提供継続なのかな！？
小生的には、まだまだ辛くしたかったが、ツレが汗ダクになっていましたので。。。断念。。。
一般的にはこれ位の辛さが妥当なんでしょうね。ゆえに、この時期まで提供される程に
人気があるのかな！？更には、これからどんどんと暑くなって時期にも辛い料理は良い◎
アッサリしたお野菜もんから、美味しい焼き鳥と、更には麻婆鍋と使いがっての良い店。
出来れば、このお鍋は『通年』で食べたい☆逸品鍋☆でした。ご検討をお願いします！（笑）
