休日夜で数組の待ちがあり、15分ほど並んで入店。お店に通される少し前にメニューを配られるので、オーダーを考えつつ待ちます。各席にお好み焼き用の鉄板があり、全てのテーブルが埋まっていて賑やかな雰囲気。
広島焼きには、薄いクレープ状の生地の間にこだわりの国産キャベツがたっぷり入っています。麺もモチモチしていて、ボリュームたっぷりで食べ応えあり。追加用にソースとマヨネーズも置いていってくれるので、好みの味付けに調整できます。広島焼きだけに、ソースはオタフクソースでした。
