久しぶりの撮影会初日の後は、梅田まで戻って東通りのこちらのお店を予約してもらってました。
生ビールで乾杯の後は、イカフェ。適度な辛さがビールに合う。
サムギョプサルは極厚サイズで。よく焼きした後は、ハサミでチョキチョキ。さらに断面をよく焼いて…サンチェと胡麻の葉で、ネギ、ニンニクと一緒にお肉を巻いて、つけタレへ。美味っ！
マッコリに変えたところで、続いてはチーズダッカルビ。
これまで食べたチーズダッカルビの中で間違いなくNo. 1です。甘辛かつ濃厚チーズのバランスが絶妙。
最後はキンパ。これもなかなかでした。
久しぶりに美味しく楽しく飲めました。
