★ 【熟成とらふぐ】玄(げん)
一番安いコースをして、いろいろな美味しそうな物を単品で頼みました。
今回メインで頼んだコースには、
付き出し（湯引き）、てっさ、てっちり、雑炊、デザートが付いた5,000円のコースです
ちょっと、ふぐが少ないと思い、てっちり用に、熟成骨付ふぐ＆しゃぶ身を追加しましたよ✌️
それから、単品の追加で注文したのは、
ふぐの唐揚げ、ぶつ刺し、焼き白子ですね。
生のふぐもいいけど、追加注文した唐揚げも美味しかったですよ
ぶつ刺しは、厚切りのふぐ身を特製だれ・白菜と共に食べる料理で、初めて食べたのですが、食感がよくて美味しかったですね。
焼き白子は、絶対に食べてほしい逸品で、口の中で溶けてしまうぐらい柔らかさでとっても美味しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。
てっさがすごく美味しくて、おいしかったですね
次回は、てっさも追加注文しようと思うぐらいです。

うなぎ、ふぐのお勧めのランチもあるのがいいね
けど、フグが料理がメインだと思います。

すごく、高級店って感じのお店で、気持ちよく食事がすることができましたよ。
