どうしても無性にフグが食べたくて
会社近くにあった玄品フグへ。
私はふぐはポン酢が美味しければ
どこで食べても美味しいなぁと感じるので
爆裂美味しい！や爆裂まずい！となることは
ないタイプなのですが、フグぶつはやっぱり美味しい。
淡白ながらコリコリ、プリプリ。この食感。
やっぱりたまーに贅沢して食べたいよね。フグ。
1番品数が少ないコースにしたけど正解。
これは自論ですが、フグのコースは
終始ポン酢。ポン酢で始まりポン酢で終わる。
品数が多くてもポン酢の味になってしまうから
最後の雑炊まで楽しめない感があるんです。
でも品数を抑える+食べたい一品を追加。
こうすることで飽きることなく食べれるんです。
ちょっぴり嬉しい気持ちにさせてくれてありがとう〜フグちゃん。
