記念パーティーにゲストとして出席しました。招待状には「7階アマリエ」となっていましたが、たぶん「7階アマリエ・パルフィ」という二つを繋げた大宴会場での開催だと思います。
総勢200名を超える宴席で、芸能ショーが賑やかに繰り広げられ、大人の名刺交換会が延々と続く場だったため、料理そのものを味わう余裕は少なかったのはしょうがないかと・・。
でもその割には、と言うと失礼になりますが、お客の食べる状況を見ながらの料理サービスはさすがでした。どの料理も破綻なく美味しかったと思います。
