テレビでも取り上げられ、ずっと行ってみたかったやまがた屋さんですが、北新地と言う場所柄、なかなか敷居が高くて・・・ご縁がありませんでした(^^;)
厳選されたお肉を店主自らが焼いてくれるシステムで焼肉を食べるだけに集中できるなんてスゴすぎます♪⌒ヽ(*゜O゜)ノ !!!
隠れ家的なお洒落な店内は大人の焼肉屋さんと言った雰囲気。
大人のデートにピッタリです(＠⌒ο⌒＠)ｂ
店主が丁寧に説明してくれるので焼き加減もバッチリ～♪
七輪で焼くので旨みたっぷり。お肉の美味しさを存分に味わえます。
焼き物以外では具だくさんの「石焼ビビンバ」がお気に入り～♪
今まで食べた「石焼ビビンバ」の中で一番美味しかったです(*^m^*)
おこげの部分がバリバリで・・・うんまーい☆
夜遅い時間に訪問したので、ホルモンがほとんど完売でした♪
