新地のママに連れてっていただきました。
界隈の焼肉系のお店では有名なお店だそうです。
焼肉割烹なんでしょうね。
急な訪問だったのでデフォルトのコースではなく
大将の”お任せ”にしていただきました。
牛タンを丸々カットして、気が付けばタン元。
今度はハラミを丸々カット、ポン酢でいただきます。
あと、失念してしまいましたがテールの後、おっぱいでしょうか？
他にもいろいろありました。
いろんな焼肉屋に行きましたが、
なかなかここまでの素材は口に入れたことがない。
当然ですが臭みは一切なく、火入れも味付けも完璧に近い。
まさに肉割烹の極みですね。
関西の肉割烹といえば高級部位をこれ見よがしに大振りにカットする、
派手なデモンストレーションのお店がありますが、
そんなのはアホらしくなってきます。
美味しい肉を最適な調理法で。
