家族のご褒美にと来店させていただきました。
17:30のしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題コース予約で、この時点でのお客さんは0でした。
2時間の席でしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題は1時間という設定のコースでした。
最初のお料理ですでに1時間掛けてとてもとてもゆっくりでした。
常にお皿に食べ物がない状態で、早く来ないかとちらちら厨房の方を気にするくらいでした。
その後、食べ放題のお鍋が来たのですが、これが悲惨でした。食べ放題ではお馴染みですが、1度に来るお皿のお肉は少ないので、すぐ食べ終わってしまいます。ここまではいいのですが、まぁこれが次が来ない。
お肉が来る瞬間に次のを頼んでおくのですが、15~20分は確実に来ない。
3回ほどまだですかと急かしてみたのですが、それでも「ただいま盛り付けております」の一点張り。
この時のお客さんは6組でした。座敷の方はガラガラ。この状態で回らないなんてありえないと思うので、確実に意図的だと思います。お水はすぐ来るんです。
なんなら頼んでない分までお水がきて、テーブルの上がコップだらけになるほど。
バイトの方たちに急かすのはお門違いだとは思いつつも、食べ放題1時間で来てるのに食べてない時間があまりに長すぎる。
ゆっくり出しておなかいっぱいにさせる作戦なのでしょうか…
イライラが募るばかりでこんなにハズレだと思ったのは初めてです。
店員さんやバイトさんは結構人数いらっしゃるのにお肉だけ運びが遅い。他のお客さんも痺れを切らして催促してらっしゃいました。
バイトさんは腰が低く謝ってくださるのですが、それでも来ない。
味は結構美味しかっただけにとても残念でした。
なぜ食べログのクチコミにそんな投稿がないのだろうと思うほど。
最後のお会計で5000円のコース+サービス料+ドリンク代がかかるはずでしたが、4人で20000円のお会計。サービス料とドリンク代の分、割引がありました。
割引をしてもらうとクチコミで悪く書きにくい方が多かったのかなとは思いました。
が、あまりにも納得いかなかったので、投稿させていただきます。本当に残念です。和田アキ子さんの顔に泥を塗るおつもりなのでしょうか？
