愛すべきボソボソ感
西日本一の巨大タ大阪駅にはホームや改札内には一軒も立ち食いそばがなく、広大な駅舎
で御堂筋よりにあるここが唯一の立ち食いそばというのはかなり意外です。
普段は桜橋口の利用者であるためなかなか利用しないのですが朝早く大阪駅に来た時とか
逆に御堂筋側で飲んだ〆にたまに行くのがこちらのお店です。
こちらではそばしか食べた事はありませんが、流行の生麵ではなく昔ながらの湯で置きの
麵と関西らしい薄味のかけだしでいただきます。麵は黒っぽくてぼそぼそ、上にのっている
ちくわ天は魚肉よりも小麦粉を強く感じさせる味わいでそば好きの人からしたらそばとは
みなしてもらえない代物です。
でも大昔から駅のホームでそばを食べていた身からするとこれがいいのです。飲んだ後の
〆で高級で堅苦しいお店でそばをすすったり、脂ぎったラーメンを味わうよりシンプルにこれ
がいいというシチュエーションがあるのでここはなくならないで欲しいなと思います。

時々利用している大阪駅の麺家、ほぼちくわ磯部揚げそば専門でしたが、コロッケそばもいいなと思いいただきました。近くの潮屋とは違い普通のコロッケで衣が柔めで出汁に溶けていくのが早いコロッケです。ここの出汁は磯辺揚げや鶏天とは合うけどコロッケとの組み合わせはさほど好みではありませんでした。コロッケそばなら潮屋、ちくわ磯辺揚げならこっちと使い分けが良さそうでした。
