今日はこちらでランチ。
店内はカウンター席と
テーブル席の構成で、
メインメニューは焼肉ですが
お昼は丼物の提供もあります。
で、ミックスホルモン丼を黒ダレで。
では実食！
ホルモンはしっかり脂があり
単体では悪くはないのですが、
ご飯の状態が良くなく、
大量にかけられたタレとの相乗効果で
塩味強くびちゃびちゃな感じ。
期待したホルモン丼はちょっと違いました。
配膳の早さは良かったんですが。
って訳でごちそうさま。
味もそうですが、
接客その他もそれほどなので
この辺りは改善があると嬉しいですね。
