この日は北新地で晩ご飯を食べることに。最近、日本酒を少し飲めるようになったという友人と訪問。蜆楽通りの中の階段を上ったところに入口があります。下には看板が出ていませんので通り過ぎに注意です！一度、通り過ぎてしまいました笑
階段を昇りガラガラっと入店。カウンターメインの店内ですね。店内は薄暗く雰囲気はいいです♪ 早速、生ビールと友人は長崎のお酒、横山で乾杯( ＾∀＾) 食べるものは以下の通り。
◼️湯葉とイクラの大根サラダ（1400円）
◼️お造り盛り合わせ（？円）
◼️トウモロコシの天ぷら（600円）
サラダはイクラが輝いてますね( ＾∀＾) 大根のシャキシャキ食感がいいサラダですね。お造りはサザエやホタテ、サーモンなどでした。久しぶりのサザエのお造りでしたがコリコリでこれは日本酒が欲しくなりますね。
ということで鳥取のお酒、日置桜をいただきます。にごりですね。ほどよいドロドロ感があって甘過ぎず美味しいにごり酒ですね。トウモロコシの天ぷらは甘みがありサクサクでこれまた美味♪
もう少し食べるものを追加です。

◼️つくね炭火焼き（700円）
れんこんもちょうどいい歯ごたえで硬すぎず柔らかすぎずでした。塩でいただくのが美味しかったですね。つくねは卵黄にくぐらせていただきます。そこまでのフワフワ感はなかったですね。。
こちらは近隣の藤彩さんの姉妹店のようで、料理はそちらで調理され運ばれてくるようです。目の前で料理を作っている様子はありませんでした。ごちそうさまでした！
