再訪問はふわふわチャーハン♪
４年ぶりの訪問となるらしい。
２回目なのに、懐かしさを覚えるのはなぜだろう。
とにかく、全てが安い。
数十円の値上げをしても、まだまだ安い。
そして、メニューの多さも健在！
◎ふわふわチャーハン（中） 600円
【ふわふわチャーハン】
チャーハンの上を玉子が覆っている。
オムライスのチャーハンバージョン、
又は、天津チャーハンの餡かけ無しバージョン、
といったところ。
チャーハン自体は、しっとり系で油多めなタイプ。
玉子は確かにふわふわ、
だけど、天津飯みたいに全体を覆うほどのボリュームは無い。
ウスターソースっぽい味の専用のタレをかけると、
淡白な玉子の味が引き立つ。
かけ過ぎるとチャーハン自体の味が台無しになるので注意が必要。
卓上の高菜と紅生姜がお新香代わりで、良いアクセント
スープが付いていないのは残念⤵︎
とにかくコスパ最強♪
次回はラーメンや定食とか食べてみようかな。

いわゆる発泡酒の生。
２軒目なのでこれで十分。
【チャーハン 中】
「中」っていっても390円。
しっかり１人前のボリューム。
ガッチャン、ガッチャンと中華鍋を振るシーンが見える。
パラパラ系の固めご飯で熱々！
もう少し油を効かせたしっとり感が欲しいところ。
でも、この価格でちゃんとした中華の出来栄えなのには驚いた。
味付けは、ザ・中華飯店っていう食べ慣れた味。
おそらくラーメン用でしょう。
卓上の、紅生姜、辛し高菜、青ネギを乗せて楽しむ♪
他のメニューも気になって仕方がない。
