丁度お昼時に到着
少しの外待ちの後直ぐに入店
店内はほぼ横並びのカウンターのタイプ
30席弱程あるだろうか
回転がいいのはこの作りも関係しているのかな？
まいたけ天生しょうゆ（冷）780円
をオーダー
1分ほどで爆速で配膳された
シンプルに提供が早かった笑
麺は長めでそこまで太くなく
粘り気のあるコシが特徴で
冷やしで食べるとより
特徴がでている感じがする
その麺にかけるのは
色のうすめの生しょうゆ
出汁醤油のような強いインパクトはないが甘みと塩味はしっかりとあり
かけることにより、うどん本来の味を感じられるようなシンプルな醤油
少し乾物系の味が入っているのかな？
巨大な舞茸天は3つ
硬めの衣がサクサクというよりザクザクでかなり美味い
満足度高い！
すだちも完璧な仕事をしてくれて
あっという間に完食
こちらのお店では麺の凄さを体感してほしいので冷やしがオススメ！
ちなみに同フロアの某うどん屋さんは観光客や若物で10人以上並んでいたが、
個人的にはサクッと食べるとなるとやはりこちらのお店に軍配が上がると思っている
