【踊るうどん 梅田店 （おどるうどん）】
まいたけ天がオススメで、美味すぎるうどん屋さん。
こちらは食べログ2024百名店の1店舗。
大阪に出張した際に、百名店巡りをしたく、訪問。
平日の11時、オープンしたてなのに満席で10分待ち。
注文は店外で聞いてくれて、「肉まいたけ天ぶっかけ(￥1,100)」
うどんで1000円を超えてくると期待してしまうが、ここは当たり。
うどんはちょい細め、コシがめちゃくちゃありグミ感強グミのような感じ…(良い意味で)
まいたけ天も熱々サクサクで美味い。
つゆにつけて食べるともう幸せ。
