飲食店の激戦区エリア内である中崎町駅の近くににあるうどん屋です。
近くに総大醤や麦と麺助、弥七、たけうちうどんがあります。（すっごい面子・・・）
今まで麦と麺助に行く途中で何度も前を通っていたのですが、完全にスルーしており今回が初訪問です。
19時15分ごろ到着、待ちはなしで入れました。
今回の注文は梅おろしぶっかけ～鯛のちく天を添えて～
注文言い間違えたり伝票落としたりとドジっ子属性の店員さん（男性）を見守っていると着丼。
うどんが綺麗に盛られていてうどんとおろしの白と黒々としたつゆにシソの葉やネギの緑と上に乗った梅干しの赤、天ぷらの黄色と色彩豊かな見た目
さっそくうどんをすする・・・すすり心地最高でズルズルとすすれるし食感はもっちもちでコシがとても強く食べ応え抜群
つゆは甘めでうどんとの相性もとてもよく、さらに梅干しをつぶして混ぜたとしても梅の味に支配されることなくしっかりと味を主張してくる
鯛のちくわの天ぷらも甘みが前面に出ておりほのかな塩気がちくわの甘みをより強く感じさせてくれる
正直、今までで一番うまいうどん屋だった。
これ通うかも・・・
