大阪の「粉モン文化」とは言うまでもなく、お好み焼き(ネギ焼き、モダン焼き)、タコ焼き(ラヂオ焼き)です。こちらは昭和21年に大阪市西成区玉出で創業し、お好み焼きのお店の代表格として全国に32店舗(東日本13、西日本19)を展開しています。もう一社、昭和42年に大阪市住吉区で開業した「千○」は比較的高級路線を志向していますが、こちらは一貫して庶民路線です。味には好みがあるので甲乙はつけがたいですが…。
なんとなく「粉モン」が食べたくなり大阪駅方面に行くと目に入りました。懐かしいですね。
僕は子供のころお好み焼きというのは広島風のものしか食べたことがなかったので、大学に入って関西風の具材をかき混ぜて鉄板の上で焼くのをはじめて見ました。その時、確か「ぼてぢゅう」で食べたと思います。
個人的にはまだ広島風のお好み焼きが恋しいのですが、今日はパクパク食べてしまいます。
