大阪梅田DDハウス前の阪急高架下の中国家庭料理屋さん
餃子百名店に入ってて知った店だったが、
いつの間にか中国料理百名店になっていた
一人で二度訪問したが満席で入れず
初めて予約しての4人での訪問

サクッとした小羽根にトロットロ餡の餃子は確かに極上✨
素材にセロリ入ってる？→Yes
パクチー？→No
ていうか13の野菜が入ってるとのこと！ほぇ〜
他も奇抜さは皆無で平均点高くウマウマ
餃子が第一として、麻婆豆腐、炒飯、レバーが特に良かった
お客は、1830〜19時の予約でとりあえず満席
以後は、ホールを一人でまったりまわす点からも、
急かされるようなこともなくまったり時が流れる
(グラスだけはきっちり回収しはるが)
20時後半まで満席が継続され、その間の訪問者はお断り状態
予約必須且つハードル高い所以がよくわかった
