大阪芸術劇場に楊麗萍（ヤン・リーピン）の「孔雀」公演を観に・・開演まで時間が無くて何か素早く頂けるお店を周りで探し、ハンバーガー、スタバ等も有りましたが、気分的に麺が頂きたかったのでこちらを選択する事にしました。
当日はかなり気温を上がって、喉越しの良い物で早い物、さっと食べる事が出来る物・・
１時開演で入店したのが１２時４０分過ぎ、お店の方に先ず急いでいる事をお伝えして「急前」でお願いする事にしました。
結局一番早いのはざるそばと言う事になりざるを２枚オーダーしました。
待つこと６～７分で料理が運ばれてくる。
スピーディーな対応で凄く助かりました。
冷水でしっかり〆られてお蕎麦は凄く喉越しが良くて美味しかったです。
