たしか40年程前、笑福亭鶴瓶師匠がコマーシャルされてた記憶が有ります。
それほど、関西では老舗チェーン店です。
独特のソース文化を作られたお店です。
店名も「ボテッ」と「ジュッ！」が語源だったと思います。
焼上ったお好みには、ソースとケチャップ。
独特のぼてぢゅう焼が出来上がり。
焼そばと一緒に頂きました。
